I rarely use the word "charmed."
I am, however, charmed, graced, blessed.
The sparkly eyes of my sweet boys,
The squeaky sound of small voices,
Laughter from the bedroom at bedtime,
A ten year old super helper,
A five year old, so willing,
My boys: may they be charmed
as they are so very charming.
I am charmed by apple blossoms,
And lilacs, and flowers, and herbs.
I catch a whiff while walking
that makes me stop, and breathe.
I am charmed, always making it.
Money is tight, yet always enough.
We eat well, have a home.
We pray together and sing rounds.
Life is not easy, but charmed.
We have faith, and it works.

What a *charming* poem, and beautiful faith filled life. I'm glad it works!
This is a good reminder for us to look for the charming in our daily life. My kids are so charming too. I can't help but melt when I really take the time to look at them.

"Life is not easy, but charmed.

So with you on how charming all our kids are! And love these two lines...they sum up perfectly how I would describe the feeling my life is giving me right now!
Charm seems to be a word that has started to fall out of use. But it is a charming word. We should bring it back.
Faith is key. Your boys do sound charming!
Your boys are charming and their love and your faith are priceless!
As a mom of two boys I love this: "My boys: may they be charmed
as they are so very charming"
Charmed is: having faith, having enough.
