Wisdom resides in our very hearts.
We are born with it there.
Our experiences and awakenings add to
what we already know is true.
This map in our gut knows.
It knows the way to truth.
Our heads hold knowledge, it's different.
Wisdom resides in our body knowing.
Wisdom surrounds us, we have opportunity
for constant reflection, in others, ourselves,
the trees, wind, gardens, all life.
We get to play it out,
this life of learning and re-learning.
Little bits that inspire and remind.
We are human, we will fall.
We will fly. We will remember
our truth, our light, the wisdom
passed down, stamped on our hearts.
